Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute consultation on the phone, so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.
Rates
Please contact me directly for information on rates. Fees vary depending on the type and length of session. A session is approximately 45-50 minutes.
Insurance
-Aetna, 1199, Blue Cross Blue Shield*, Cigna, Healthfirst, United Health, Oxford, Empire and NYSHIP.
For all other insurance providers, I provide all the necessary paperwork for my clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider directly (Superbill). The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage; and check if you have a deductible*.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Payment
Cash, Credit Card or check accepted for payment at the time of service.
